Last night some drunken bastards run riot (like almost every night -.-) in my street. Actually that's nothing special but this time they were extremmly aggressiv. When my dad ask them for stopping to jump against our house wall, one of them want to stab him with a knife. Fortunately my mum was able to save him.
While my dad was telling the police they broke open our front door - and that was all (ok, it's also enough <.< )

But the most poor thing was the action of our police. I can't understand why they have to ask for birthplace and -date (and other unimportant things)several times when someone is calling that some youngsters want to break in in THIS moment. They have to send someone and not to ask stuff like that, but that's bureaucracy |D. (I guess they have to do this before, 'cause when they arrive the crime scene and everyone is dead, they have more work to fill out their forms |D).
Nevertheless, the police was fast enough to catch this bastards ("wuhu"...), but now they are free again. 'cause "nothing is really happen and this guys act up very often" therefore the police is unable to jail them.....WHAT? |D

I'm really disappointed. Not only about the police but also about our legal system. There are enough examples but i don't want to explain them ('cause i only get steamed up about this XD").
